    Nah, I meant Joe Bowker, the world bantamweight champ from Salford who fought Driscoll, Moran etc in the early 1900's.

    Seen all dem links before but thanks nonetheless.

    Anybody know if Thomas's win over Billy Graham was a fair decision? Seems to have been based on the little snippets of info I've stumbled across before.

    Joe Bowker was the tutor of the boxing journalist ,Terry Leigh Lye, He always marvelled about Joe's science.
