Yeah good fight It could go either way but I think the eagle has more variety and will win a deserved but tough decision
as much as Eric seems like a nice guy and i hope he does well, he looked dire in his last performance on barker undercard, i watched 2 guys walk out after 6 rounds they couldn't even be bother to watch the last two. to be honest i couldnt blame them, he layed on the ropes for 8 rounds was like watching paint dry.
He does lie on the ropes too much ever since he dealt with quigley from the strands But he throws textbook hooks and uppercuts
Not too sure, was probably filmed, but sky stopped the coverage after wadi camacho's fight. I tend to agree last entertaining performance was quigley.
Yep but if you look at the quality of there opponents the Eagle has fought better calibre of fighters
hmmmmm, i think the guys who try to push him on the ropes are just trying to replicate the win that luke robinson had over him. the fight was a good fight and could be found on youtube. the thing with that strategy is that you have to keep up a blistering pace for 12 rounds, so it might work for a 4 rounder but u got to be in serious shape to do it for 12 rounds. makes me wonder, though, if a weak puncher like quiqley could body eric around the ring and take eagle's best shots albeit being outboxed, how will eric handle it when he steps up in class. eric still young and improving though.
