    from IFL TV

“AJ was winning after 8 rounds”
“Activity has not been great for AJ, 2 fights in 20 months not good ”

Why is he behaving in this manner

    I blame Usyk's skill for Joshua's loss.

And everyone knows Usyk is best in the later rounds of a fight.

I blame the lack of judge bribery. Don’t they know where their money comes from?? It ain’t Ukraine. They really dropped the ball here. Eddie will have to remind them next time.

He could fight 4-5 times a year and the result would still be the same.

Surely it's Eddie's fault that Joshua isn't more active? You're his promotor, you're the one who makes the fights, sets up the events, pays the wages. You want him to fight more, get him to fight more....

Furthermore, Eddie's talking about a rematch in March. If Activity was such an issue, why the **** do we have to wait another six months for the rematch?

I wish fighters would fight more often. What's wrong with fighting four or five times a year?

And the idea Joshua was winning after eight is hilarious

    Activity?

Eddie, you have no problem sucking off Canelo and giving him 4 fights in a year during a GLOBAL pandemic whilst fasttracking him to an undisputed unification fight but you can't fix up for your own boy???

This is classic Eddie Hearn - mega ego, just wants big fights and big venues whilst forgetting the bigger picture and keeping the sport moving at all times.

    Small(er) fights make big fights.

Usyk only had 1 proper fight in nearly 3 years.

No he was not and I say that as an AJ fan. Hearn needs to take his lead from AJ who is making no excuses and admitting Usyk was the better man:

Hearn is just salty because the mega fight with Fury is off now. AJ’s stock has plummeted to an all time low…

    Joshua is irrelevant now

I wouldn't go as far as to say he is irrelevant mate.

So he lost, as Mike Tyson once said, better fighters than I have lost.

I am not a big Joshua fan, but I am sure he will bounce back again.

He had four fights in three years: Povetkin, Fat Andy, Fat Andy, Pulev

Usyk had two fights in three years: Witherspoon and Chisora

The Witherspoon fight wasn't even decent sparring because Witherspoon only came to shell up and survive

Usyk had one fight in over 20 months

And he had been out longer than AJ too

Usyk was giving away huge advantages in size, weight, reach, height, strength, power and youth and was fighting AJ on hostile territory in his backyard on a deck that was heavily stacked against him in front of like 67,000 partisan fans with only a very small number of Ukrainians in attendance

    Small ring

    Usyk had everything against him

In short, WTF is Hearn talking about?

The narrative joshua was winning after 8 rounds and just wrong.
Usyk boxed his had off and won clearly the first four, the seventh. After my count 5-3 for usyk before he took the 9th till 12th.
Hearn should stop talking stupid things

He probably went with personal judge Howard Foster's scorecard, who actually had it 77-75 Joshua after 8 rounds (not kidding).

Hearn has to find excuses of course. Should have have got Joshua to pull a Haye and limp about the ring barefoot after the decision
