    Everyone knows he had problems making the weight, that's why he went from 154 to 155 in the first place.
    "Waiting for my body to be ready" was always code for "When I can't cut that amount of weight safely anymore".

    It isn't rocket science. Funny is that a lot of his fans kept denying it, calling him too small for 160, while basically he was too big for 154.

    The only people I ever saw calling him too small for MW were the GGGoon brigade who when convenient KEEP saying Canelo is too small to even beat fighters like Lemieux or Stephens (LOL).

    If a fighter can make weight then he makes weight. Plain and simple.

    They said he's not good enough to beat the top guys from 160, not that he's too small... big difference.
