Eder Jofre & Sugar Ray Leonard unite in LA!!

    Yesterday was a surreal experience. Went to Sugar Ray Leonard’s incredible home and witnessed Eder Jofre, Sugar Ray Leonard and Michael Nunn having an awesome time. Leonard was such a gentleman. To invite us into his home and welcome us the way he did was out of this world. He was so impressed by Eder and treated myself and his family with such class. A classy fighter and classy person all the way.

    I will be writing a very big article on my experience this past week with Eder Jofre. Today I took him and his kids to the airport and bid them farewell. I am planning to bring them back here to LA next year where they were a big hit and felt the warmth of the people here. I also plan to take them to New York and Canastota. We accomplished a lot in this last week and topping it off with a visit to Leonard was perfect. We also FaceTimed with Harada for Japanese news and TV, spent absolute quality time with Carlos Zarate and family and Michael Nunn and his fiancée. To say the Nunns and Jofres got along well would be a massive understatement. Memver @scartissue also shared some of these beautiful moments with us. What a week!!

    Wow, Chris! I'm jealous of your life lol.

    Leonard and Jofre in one pic - thats a lot of greatness in one photo.

    Thats not to overshadow Nunn, who should be in the HOF.

    It seems like Jofre is on a globe trotting career renaissance. That shadow boxing clip... I'm jealous man, damn jealous! Thanks for sharing Chris.

    I didn't know that Jofre and Zarate are close friends. Very cool! My two favorite bantamweights.

    They are friends of me. They’ve met a few times over the last 30 years, Carlos met Eder and his daughter in Cancun in 2019. Carlos has a lot of affection for Eder. Like he whine warmth and Eder, although doesn’t remember a ton, does remember him and appreciates him. Zárate’s son lives close to me and invited us to the home and over the next few days we were together every day. A true bond.

    This is incredible stuff @ChrisJS ! Just being in the same room full of legendary fighters blows my mind. Seeing Sugar Ray and Michael Nunn together, along with Zarate and Jofre is crazy!! Those are immensely talented fighter to be around, and they all look like the nicest gentlemen! One of these days I really hope to meet at least one of these legends.
