    My above post was just about there being an MMA thread in the Classic, btw. :yep



    Anyway...I always thought Liddell was overrated, and benefited from MMA striking being very primitive at the time (even more than it still is now).

    The Dragon just has better all-around game. He'd finish Chuck off one way or the other. He'd punch him out, kick him out or tap him out.

    Liddell is more of a pioneer than a true h2h ATG, for me. To put a little Classic forum spin on it, this match-up to me is like John L. Sullivan against Vitali Klitschko.

    Jofre vs Canizales would be a highly skilled fight, one the greatest in that aspect ever in my opinion.......

    I can see Jofre being able to get the better of the action because his better offense....

    Jofre without doubt. More power, more class in the critical moments. He might take Canizales out late, but even if he doesn't I think he'd dominate him down the stretch after an even 10 rounds.
