Robles again having plenty of moments, landing nice counters, he's game as hell, but Rivera landing the more eye catching clearly harder shots.

    Round 2 Rivera 10-9
    Round 3 Rivera 10-9
    Round 4 Rivera 10-8

Robles jabbing, Rivera ands vicious counter straight left, drops him hard. He's back up, Rivera going for the kill. Robles clinching, holding for dead life. Rivera beating him senseless with combos. Rivera stepping back, focusing on accuracy instead of volume. Rivera seemig a bit gassed, but still nailing him with straight lefts. Robles did well to survive that.

Rivera lands a monster left hand to floor Robles hard at the start of the round. Robles gamely gets up and fights through a relentless set of flurries, eating numerous bombs along the way. His legs are totally gone but his heart is off the charts, he survived 3 minutes of hell with no quit in him for a second.

Estevez has the doctors take a look. He looks okay. They let it continue. Rivera carefully stalking, looking for that straight left again. Robles throwing stay away one twos, not sitting down on anything. Rivera turns orthodox, landing taps, not throwing much, he might be a little gassed. Robles not doing quite enough still/ Rivera edges it with body shots.

Robles starts the next round solidly behind his jab. He's still eating good shots by Rivera occasionally but he's got the legs to take them well now. Robles is landing more than Rivera by a good bit who seems to be taking the round off after unloading so much in the previous round. He edges the round for me.

Robles hurt early with a right hook to the head. Rivera not going all out. Vicious straight left bobs Robles head up like a rock em sock robot. Rivera goes orthodox again. Rivera nailing him with one twos. Back to southpaw, landing straight lefts. They trade overhands.

Rivera and Robles open the round exchanging and Robles gets hurt by a right hook to the temple. Rivera keeps landing a steady amount of solid shots and Robles keeps landing a steady amount of more but weaker shots. A good right hand by Robles seems to buzz Rivera a bit late. Quite a close round. I think the higher amount of quality shots gives it to Rivera though.

Rivera taking his time, rocks Robles with a nasty ass jab, Rivera following up, Estevez almost leaps in. Rivera cracking him with left hooks in close. Rivera may have landed an elbow. Vicious one two from Rivera. Body shot hurts Robles. Estevez warns Rivera for a low blow.

Rivera has a good start to the round unloading power shots onto Robles, who's rocked a minute into the round, a minute and a half into the round and by two minutes into the round Rivera is consistently landing hurtful combinations. Robles is tough but he's done now.

Robles is cagier in this round and it works slightly better for him as he's eating slightly less punishment. Rivera is still landing hard shots consistently and does enough to take the round and fight clearly and easily.

Rivera not going all out, Robles clipping him with counters. Rivera jabbing, ushering him around the ring, landing right hooks to the body. Rivera not showing much urgency here, must not want that KO all that much. Most of these shots are pitty pats.

    80-71 Rivera

    UD for Rivera

Those last two scores a bit too close for my liking.

Guess Robles' volume was much more appreciated by the judges than by ourselves. At least Rivera still got his deserved win.

Berlanga will win by KO, Kownacki vs. Cusumano, I'm still undecided.
