Edinburgh boxing gym open to 32 year old

    to the o.p
    although im not in edinburgh we run boxing classes at my gym, one of the guys is 47 yr old and he started training about 2 month ago. He absolutly loves it,there is also another 3 or 4 guys in there 30s and 40s.
    they have no intention to fight but they love the fitness and learning all the moves.
