what does everyone think his ideal fighting weight should be? i think he should move up in weight to at least light heavy or maybe eventually cruiserweight. I think his power would just go up. A fight between him and david haye would be awesome.

168 - he's too big for 160 and too small for anything higher than 175. Just my .02

Miranda Pavlik II will be a ******* when it happens. Miranda Calzaghe would have been good.

He looks to me like 168 is a great weight for him. No way he has the strength to go to 200 at this point. 175 might be viable later, but right now there are almost bigger, more lucrative fights to be possibly be made at super middle.

when i was watching fnf it's noticable that miranda was definitely bigger than banks. banks though a thick set supermiddle just looked small compared to the heavily built miranda. i think he can go up to light heavy in the future.

Plenty of interesting fights at 168 for Pantera.

Obviously not, his weight at the last fight was 170 at weigh in and I'd bet fight night he was above 175.

Is it just me or Miranda's punching power is extremely overrated these days? lol

168's the best fit for him. 175 could work, but once he gets to that class, his natural advantages would start to go by the wayside. Unless he starts bulking up too much to the point where he has to seriously weight drain himself, he should stick to 168.

Miranda was 192lbs in the ring. I am not sure if 168lbs is high enough for him. I am hoping he can still make this weight without trouble for at least another year or so. No doubt he will be fighting at 175lbs soon. He probably is bigger than many of the guys that fight in that weight class right now.

It was a damn crime having him fight at 160lbs.

Yea. I wish ESPN would announce weights in the ring like HBO does. I am not sure what Banks was, but I would guess around 175lbs. Almost doesnt seem fair.
