This is not an eliminator fight. It is for WBO and NABO titles that St Juste won in his fight with Demers. Not a big deal as far as the belts, but it means Miranda will have to make 168lbs. I know he considered moving up to 175lbs, but I dont think 168 should be an issue.

As far as a fight with Stieglitz, ever since Miranda pulled out with the flu, the Germans have been unresponsive to making that fight happen. I think someone got smart and realized they could beat up on a lot less risky opponents to keep their belt in Germany.

Stieglitz and the germans are just bad for boxing.
For one, Andrade beat the crap of Stieglitz and Miranda would KTFO Stieglitz too.
Something is wrong and bad for boxing here.
Andrade or Miranda would be more credible champions than Stieglitz. At least, these guys don't duck anyone!

It's obvious that the supersix makes it difficult for Bute. He needs to keep his zero to remain in line for the big bucks. However while 8 defenses sounds stellar a look at the opposition leaves a lot to be desired. And I dont give much for those people saying that there's noone available. Bute had a chance to fight Pascal, he didn't want to pay Sartison.

Instead we got Brinkley, Magee and likely Mendy.

I won't be surprised if Stieglitz ends up with Pavlik for a mandatory. The WBO seems to like Kelly. All he has to do is mention a freaking weight class and they put him in the top 4 or 5.
