Believe it or not, Caballero is unbeaten in almost 6 years now and a bit longer time period than JuanMa's unbeaten reign. Caballero been in more tougher competition than JuanMa and got 2 belts at 122 against JuanMa's 1 belt.

You're right about his P4P status. He got it when he annihilated Molitor infront of Molitor's hometown crowd in Canada annexing his 2nd super bantam belt.

 

Ok bro just because he hasn't fought juanma or gamboa doesn't mean he's great. It means that at this time he offers no rewards like people said is a fight that offers no money right now. I'm not defending juanma cause if i was him i would've fought caballero a long time ago and shut his ****ing mouth. And I cant wait for a big fight involving caballero and see if he can back up his talk. But when you analyze a fight you cant just say oh juanma doesn't fight him so that means he's scare and caballero is better. Caballero's resume is not that much better than gamboa or juanma but still people talk like he's way above both and is an ATG fighter which he isn't going by his resume.

So true. You can imagine how frustrated is Caballero with other champions (JuanMa, Gamboa, Rafa Marquez, Vazquez, etc.) who seems not willing to fight him.

im not saying caba beats juanma cause im not sure but i find it funny that he called them out and they dont even acknowledge him

Brace yourself Bro. There's a good chance that Nonito Donaire might replace JMM in the #3 P4P slot after Donaire's masterclass domination of Hernan "TYSON" Marquez last night. JMM is a bit inactive and got an L in his last fight.

 

I'm a big fan of Caba but I think its stupid to assume that JML is actually a coward and that his fear is the reason the match won't come off. The fact is, because he has a built in fan base, and a general fan base that is steadily growing outside fan base, Bob Arum simoultaniously has a huge interest in bringing together the Gamboa fight and because of JML's drawing power he has the ability to dictate his list of opponents pretty freely. JML has ZERO power in dictating his future opponents and the reason he isn't fighting Caba is because his promoters and managers want to take more profitable fights. Caba isn't getting the fight because apparently he doesn't have enough drawing power to draw interest and its the shame that this is the case but I don't think its appropriate to accuse Lopez of ducking him. You can bet your bottom dollar that if Arum asked Lopez to fight him, he would say yes.

Good that you recognized my point. :good Even the current #1 P4P best boxer in the world, Manny Pacquiao has a current unbeaten streak of a little more than 5 years now. Caballero has 6 years and a bit longer than JuanMa's.

 

pelenchin's last fight he did not impress me he was just busy but has no power and how good would his chin be when he gets hit by lopez

 

He should've taken the 250k against Gamboa and prove his point esp. at age 33. That 250k could have led him to a million in his next fight, but I guess he likes to talk more than anything. I know a few fighters perhaps like Chris John would have taken a match against Gamboa for that amount.

 

Caba knocked down that guy Yordan in his last fight. He also got 68% (23 KOs out of 34 wins) KO ratio which shows he has decent power.
