Facts Eddie hasn't made Jacobs more active, 1 fight every 6 months is not active.

Fighting prospects nobody ever heard of and looking poor isn't improving a blokes profile

Let's not call Eddie a legend for making blokes go backwards lol

Hearn is trying to build matchroom in the USA, therefore he doesn't want to take risks early on. He's being smart, trying to hype the fights up himself. That's why he wants none of BJS vs Jacobs. It isn't because of money, it's because he needs to protect jacobs cause he is his main asset for matchroom USA in the coming years.

If he's going to talk a big game, he has to deliver a big game.

Daniel Jacobs sitting on the couch for 6 months is a disgrace, not an achievement lol, especially considering his last opponent that bloke whatshisname

Why didn't he get him out 3 months later though to keep the ball rolling. 6 months is too big a break, especially when you say you will keep him active?

I see a few posters raving about what he's done for Jacobs? What has he done to get such high praise?

Jacobs was actually more active with Haymon most of the time?

Hearn never seems to get the criticism that other promoters get.

Hearn said he would have been hung if he put Eubank vs Quinlan on free TV, and he has never had a better card on free tv which is pathetic really?

He said Saturday night cards were going to be PPV standard and PPV's were going to be stacked and the absolute total opposite happened in 2017? PPV's are just a decent headliner and filler, saturday night cards are now Next Gen shows?

I liked Daniel Jacobs but he’s so irritating he’s livin off that loss like no other. That’s like Lebron being like well I’ve been to the finals a bunch, so I’m just as good as Jordan lol. It has nothing to do with matchroom he just overestimates his self worth. He has no belt his promoter is from the UK so is Saunders. It’s the next logical fight that should have been in first choice not whoever it is they had him just fight Arias or whatever.

In theory the Saunders fight might sound logical but the Boxnation/Matchroom relationship actually appears to be getting worse

When Boxnation were insignificant I think the fight might have been easier to make.
Now they are more competitive the rivalry seems to be getting more vicious. It will take more money to make that fight than what is on the table at moment.

Fights against American names are more likely really

No reason why several American boxers aren't fighting three times a year. 'One sctrub, one decent fight' schedule will not cut it...

Hearn is like any other promoter in the business. His fan club looks at him as the anti Haymon even though they ****ing work together.
It's the complexion that will get him praise in the U.S. if he decides to come over for a while but Al Haymon will still have his hand up his ass like a puppet.

Yep, he has priced himself out of fights most likely. His appeal is waning fast. He actually gained fans from the GGG loss because before that everyone thought he would be steamrolled. People have forgotten how he looked against Sergio Mora!

All he did for the GGG fight is come into the fight as a cruiserweight and then complain after that he was robbed in his own city.

GGG was still bigger than him so no advantage there any way. GGG needs to stop picking on smaller fighters and move up
