not necessarily. if he came in at 176, its still cruiserweight. but too much of a big deal has been made of the weight. people like to forget that GGG only just made the weight on the morning of the fight (he was 169.6, i believe) and seeing as he only just made it, and Jacobs was thought to be 7 pounds heavier on fight night

and the LHW limit is 175, so 176 would be cruiser, an almighty light one, but still CW. and that was the weigh in the day before...if he weighed under 170 on the morning of the fight, he'd have just weighed in

Think Andy Lee was on Irish radio saying he wants the Jacobs fight

but he is unsure if they are just using his name to try put pressure on Spike

His last two opponents outweighed him on fight night. So long as he can make 160, and has good fights there, there's no reason to move up.

Do you have eyes ffs it was clear as day.

GGG was not 170 fight night that's for damn sure, how could he be when he barely made the morning limit. The HBO propaganda just want to make him appear smaller so the Canelo fight appeared more competitive.

Barely ???? He either did or he didn't, and that's the same weigh in that Jacobs swerved if i'm correct ?? So he was already ahead of GGG right there in weight..Very underhand !

You can't just keep on adding water forever though, Jacobs advantage was having more time to recover from dehydration. Jacobs was probably fully hydrated the night before and GGG had to dehydrate that extra valuable 12 hours or whatever. In terms of weight though GGG had plenty of time to max out.

Jacobs probably was more comfortable and fully recovered but he didn't have a weight advantage. That's just bs, and why did they try to spin that GGG weighed 170 fight night?

Jacobs had more time to put weight on, it can only be an advantage if you have longer...To me that says he obviously was the heavier fighter come fight night.
