Edwards will flog Hoppa again!

You need to read this thread again buddy, you said sponsors should be backing Edwards instead of Hoppa and I have stated why that is not viable for the sponsors.
I am not a Hoppa fan just boxing fan, if Ben Edwards wants a shot at the Australian Heavyweight Title he needs to win more than 1 boxing fight and get rated in the top 10.
And as far as sponsors go it takes a lot of hard work to get them and it is a give and take scenario, they don't just fall out of trees.
Maybe he should spend less time in the pub and more time training and marketing himself to get backing:thumbsup

I dont know a lot about Ben Edwards - other than he is a former kickboxer
with a hard punch, does anyone know his kickboxing record?

Also, does anyone think if he trained - that he could make it?

The fact of the matter is, that Edwards would need to get ranked to get a shot at Hopoate's crown and he needs fights to do that. Apart from all that, the last I heard, he was in the clink. Is that not the case now?

 

Basically because John now has the Australian title and his last fight is on Pay Per View. He's not going to fight Ben for less money, which is what he'd be doing by not defending his belt. Edwards needs to go and get himself some wins and force himself on Hoppa. Make the public, or at least the Australian fight public, call for it.
