This is like the third thread on the same matchup in the past 3 days. It would be an awesome fight whoever wins.

It will be the South American version of Hagler-Hearns.

Valero wins cuz he is a level above Maidana technically and defensively and brings equal grit, determination, chin and power than does the Argentine.

This fight must be made for all fan.

Valero for me. Southpaw style and combinations from angels wud catch maidana. Valeros defense is also better and as i fighter he is improving after every fight.

I had opened a thread on this fight too! I guess there are several people salivating over a fight between Maidana vs. Valero! :bbb Like someone posted earlier, the winner would be us the fans :good if it ever happens. Both come with an attitude to knockout and always keep on pressuring. I don't think it would last the 12 rounds but it would be a FOTY candidate for sure.

It would be a great fight in either case. Even better if the winner fought Bradley.
