Allakhverdiev does a quarter-turn to let the M'Baye right hand cascade off the tip of his chin. Allakhverdiev reaches out and lightly brushes the body of M'baye with his right jab. M'Baye scores a right hand on the crown as Allakhverdiev puts a stiff right jab in his mouth. Right hand by M'Baye. Allakhverdiev blocks the next, and sidesteps yet another. M'Baye is going right hand crazy.

    If you made that statement in 1980 it would have some truth to it but it isn't. The first wave of Nazarov, Arbachakov, Tszyu, Jirov, etc all had good inside games.

    Brian Mitchell's unofficial scorecard has it 98-91 to Allakhverdiev.

    He gave M'Baye the 3rd and 6th.

    He must have also given a drawn round; I didn't see.

    8-2 Allakhverdiev plus two knockdowns mathematically should be my score, 98-90. I don't know how Mitchell arrived to 98-91.
