Castillo would apply intelligent pressure and as you say, outwork him.

Castillo would give him a very tough fight, but Chapo would eventually catch him with a big shot and KO him IMO.

Castillo's chin nor defense weren't nearly as good as Chavez. Jose Luis Ramirez had a better chin as well, and he still got floored by Chapo twice.

Castillo would land the better stuff, and more of it. He was freaking huge at LW as well. Castillo decision.

Castillo is a BEAST at 135.

    Such a big, strong fighter.

Seriously. In person, looking at the guy today, the thought of him ever making 135 seems ludicrous.

    He'd run over Chapo.

Rosario would build a bit of a lead, but there is no way he keeps JLC off of him. Too small, too weak.

The key to beating Rosario was to smother him with pressure inside, and take away his leverage. Do that, and he was clueless. And when you had him hurt, he didn't know how to hold or survive.

Castillo is just the type of guy to beat him.
