Rosario on points in my opinion. This would have been a head-to-head battle between two aggressive fighters. Soto had a solid chin but Rosario's superior power would have been decisive.
This would have been like the Lucas Matthysse fight except Soto gets brutalized even worse after a few good competitive rounds.
