Mikey has only competed at that weight 1 time against a solid fighter but that does not determine whether or not he can just beat everyone ever. I will give Rosario the edge because he fought 18 years in that division. Imagine 4 years ago me saying that Broner vs Pacquiao would be a blow out because Broner beat Paulie Malignaggi at 147. I would be rightfully made fun of. Mikey has to find a division and stick to it.
