Chapo knocks Mancini out probably around 10.

Chapo not knocking out Boom Boom. He could possibly win on a TKO, but more likely he'll win on a tough decision, though it could easily go the other way.

If properly motivated, Rosario wins this by late stoppage. Mancini is slightly physically stronger, but Rosario tops him in almost every other category. Mancini will give Rosario plenty of opportunities to counter with the right hand. Rosario will need to utilize a combination of boxing and punching - something he didn't always do. He is fully capable of utilizing such a strategy, however.

Probably on an island here, but I think a 1982ish Mancini wins.

    Great breakdown.

I think that Rosario would brutalize Camacho, who would be too game for his own good in this one. Mid-late round stoppage after eating tons of heavy punches throughout the fight.

Mancini was loved by the media. Good fighter but I never saw great skill here.

Rosario was a devastating puncher at his best. Short compact punches in combination each one with ko power.

At his best Rosario chops up Mancini and stops him within 8 rounds. Competitive early as Mancinis enthusiasm swarms Rosario along the ropes. Counterpunches carry the fight to mid ring as the fight progresses and now Rosario is the one stalking. Several knockdowns in round eight and the ref waves it off.

Mancini is a tough customer. I'm not on board with all this talk of a mid round blowout. I think he gives Chapo all he can handle. A prime Mancini was certainly hittable but very gritty with a high workrate (Kim, Espana and Arguello fights). A very competitive bout between a power boxer/puncher and a swarmer.

Rosario and Camacho did fight in the mid 80s.

I'll go out on a limb and say Mancini by mid-rounds stoppage, but I could just as easily see Rosario catching him with something and Mancini going down. Rosario had scary power, but this is all about styles after all, and to beat Rosario you had to crowd him, get in his grill and not give him room to punch. That gameplan did work on Rosario more than once, and that was Mancini's game.

I can see Mancini before Duk koo Kim winning this one believe it or not, Rosario wasn't great under pressure, and that's what Mancini did best.
