Was a train wreck waiting to happen, with all the stuff he's been upto in the last couple of years. How anyone could do this and end up leaving their kids parent-less is beyond me. This content is protected
Everybody knows I was no fan (making jokes about sparring with his wife/mum etc etc) but this is unbelievable. Watch him get seriously overrated now, like Tony Ayala. All jokes aside, a sad day for boxing, would've been great to see him get exposed. As it is, he's been exposed as a murderer and an absolute ****. His power was overrated anyway. Distasteful? I'm steaming and don't care lads.
Sorry but to wish a peaceful afterlife to a murderer is pissing on the good men of boxing who've passed away, Carpenter, Gutteridge, Gatti, Forrest, Arguello, Johanssen these people deserve our thoughts and prayers as does Mrs Valero. Valero was a fierce exciting fighter and its such a waste of talent and 2 lives. Hope the children will be ok
RIP. I know people will call him all names under son and i did yesterday but it's not for me to judge him as i'm no angel. I cannot condone what he's done but as some have said it looks like he suffered from mental illness. I know it's to easy to use that as a excuse but i have a brother who suffers from a mental illness and it's something that is hard to understand what goes on in there minds. The people to blame are the authority's, They let Jennifer and the Children down. He obviously had demons. I feel so sorry for the family and in particular the children.
no sir the scumbag is you, with your sanctimonious better than thou attitute, yes he was a scumbag, but please he's dead so keep your **** to yourself(scumbag)
I agree with some aspects of your post, espeically Tony Ayala comparrison, but must say that it probably should have waited a week or 2 :good
This last 24 hours has been horrible for boxing fans, Venezuelans, and most tragically for Valero's children. I can't condone what he did (that's pretty obvious), but the guy must have had, as mentioned above, some mental problems.
That's already started, a quote I've read on another forum. This is truly shocking and devastating for the boxing world. I loved Valero's style, in my opinion he was a candidate to be p4p no.1 in 2 or 3 years time and there will surely be no one quite like him in the sport again. atsch
