Soto has good lateral head movement, knows how to bob & weave, avoids punches, is a brutal bodypuncher, and has crippling power in all his punches.

Soto would wear down Williams.

Williams has never fought a vicious bodypuncher the way Soto is.
and Soto can compete at 147lbs, he's just waiting for JMM, Guerrero, MAB, EM, to man-up and accept to fight him, before he goes up tpo 140lbs and 147lbs.

Soto could KO Bradley, Devon Alexander, Lamont Peterson, AMir Khan and anyopne at 140lbs.

Soto could also KO Mosley, Williams, Cotto, Pacman and anyone at 147lbs.

Pac has ducked Soto since 2006, and still avoids Soto now.

Simply put it, Pac is AFRAID to fight Soto.

In Soto's more than 60 pro fights, he's never been knockdowned, and is feared and avoided by Pac, JMM, EM, MAB, Guerrero, Linares, and so many other for a reason.

Paul @ 147lbs didnt carry much power, and is brittle to bodyshots.

Soto fighting Williams, would be like Soto chopping down a tree.
A tall boxer, cant throw hard punches at a smaller fighter, cause Williams' punches would carry that much weight cause hed be punching down.

You just dont know this, cause you dont know jack-shiitt about boxing.
