Basically your point is this: 1) Death penalty is bad because it's vengeance for the victims family and their emotions should not be considered. 2) Death penalty is bad because it would hurt the feelings of the perps family and of course their emotions are very important. atsch
**** that. I believe 100% is personal responsibility - so nobody else to blame but him. If he had mental instability, then it was his responsibility to seek treatment. May he Rest In ****.
it was also the responsibility of the authorities who have arrested him several times leading up to this.
he went crazy after he bashed his skull in the accident... the drinking and psychotropic drugs didn't help either... They should never have agreed to release him from the rehab. and when the cops caught him after a high speed chase... he should have been locked up right then and there...a day after he got out he is already in trouble with the law. They gave him privledge for his celebrity in his country...but never considered his wifes life and feelings and his own self destructive nature.
Of course he was insane, sane people don't kill their wives. **** the piece of ****, if he wasn't capable of controlling himself he's a failed human being. Good ****ing riddance and I hope he suffered.
the dude had severe mental issues....everyone in his camp knew that....mental enough to do this? apparently. its another sad day......no normal person would do this...hes famous in his country, rich, perfect record, hot wife....something just wasnt clicking....sad....
He should have seeked help...Thats really not an excuse IMO, there are plenty of mental hospital or anger programs he could have enrolled himself into...He brought that on himself...I'm sorry but thats a coward in my book...He couldnt even stand trail and face his charges like he man...he took the easy way out! God dont like ugly! and Karma is going to bite him in the ass!
I doubt in his country that they have as many available resources for this kind of stuff as we do here, and even so here in the states we dont have that many neither, so in my mind its not like he could just stroll on down to the local mental hospital and get some help, what kind of help do they really have for this stuff down there? Not using this as an excuse, it is what it is.... and the correct term is he should have sought help, not he should have seeked help... Come on Rudy
Oh, no doubt, I know you're not using that as excuse...I didnt say you did, but the point still remains he could have recieved help...He's promoted by Arum..As a promoter, he should have recomended Valero to treatment. Thats all I'm saying..Its several ways that Valero was could have seeked help.
I wonder if his trainer or anyone from his camp saw clear signs and red flags but didn't want him admitted, because of their own selfish needs. they would rather have him fighting getting them paydays vs having him admitted getting help for however long it might take. Could tragedy been avoided?
