Valero is definitely underestimated by some people. What he did to Mosquero is proof. He will put a beatdown on Soto and he will never be the same again.

Soto said he wants to fight Valero, but he's not sure about it because he already has the fight next month.

Valero says he'll gladly fight Soto on Nov. 14 and hopes everything is cleared by the Nevada commission for him to have his license back.
