iv seen the tape of valero sparring with morales....and then thats when i knew morales was finished and it didnt even matter if he made the weight for pac if hes in that state lol i do think that valero will be caught out going for the knock out though if you have the power then you always think you can and just keeps ye away from the game plan
Soto should win,Valero defense doesn't look verry good, and he was not tested against a young and experinced fighter like Soto. Anyway it should be a good fight.
I'm looking for my previous post and I can't find it. Means this is a new thread. Valero cannot push Soto back as easy as he did to his previous opponents. Soto knows how to punch back. Other than rude power he has nothing. If Soto gets tagged he can go down but since Valero is too wide open . . . it's most likely that he'll get hit first. So I'm picking Soto (by stoppage of course).
Soto has never been down in his career. You really need to watch the Valero-Mosquera fight to see how limited and vulnerable Edwin is.
He's never been down in his career...do your homework. Valero isn't even close to being the best fighter Soto has ever fought and you think Edwin is going to be the one to put him down? :verysad
Couldn't be more off-base with your comments. Soto is 10x the fighter Valero is. Soto is one of the best all-around boxers in the sport.
It really does amaze me how dumb some of you posters are. You really must not follow boxing very closely at all to make an unimformed comment like that.
In fairness to Valero . . . the Mosquera fight was back in 2006 . . . he could have improved from then. And since you already mentioned that fight . . . I'm looking at this fight to be similar to that. But this time a more rounded form of Mosquera in Soto and more powerful.
