Since these are two bangers, i have to go with the much harder punching Valero in this one. Diaz is very strong and he is a very skilled inside fighter, but he cannot consisently fight at that pace and at some point( i see it being middle rounds) he will give Valero his distance to get his shots off and since he takes punches to give them, that will be a mistake when fighting a knockout puncher. I see Edwin getting him within 8.

I see him as a pressure fighter/banger, and volume puncher. Its hard to be a volume puncher and not a banger. Its hard to explain...lol His problem is that he doesn't have much power.
And I'll be more than happy to be proven wrong. If Valero does turn out to be what you claim he is then that's great for boxing and I'm all for it.
just because diaz doesn't have ko power in his fists don't mean his punches don't hurt. diaz's punches are fast and he hits you in all directions and that's aside from the pressure he's putting on you. i think nate has one wicked right and he wasn't able to put juan down with it, i really doubt valero is going to either. marquez is an elite fighter that's why he was able to do what he did and to think valero will do the same is just plain stupid. diaz wins this one easy in a one sided beating and valero goes back to fighting d class fighters. at this point katsidis and juarez have a good chance at beating valero
:huh i've never really argued with him, this is probably our second encounter. but it looks like he's been giving you the man juice you been craving.
You really think that Diaz gives Valero in a one sided beating? Juarez, Katsidis also beat Valero at 135??? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahha...lol
