I watched Valero Vs. Demarco last night on Showtime classic boxing! I was shaking my head while I watched that South American bad ass beat the brakes off De Marco.. 27-0.. 27 KO's..

I'd put money on a clear points win for JMM, but only after suffering a knock-down or two along the way.

Wouldn't have been much of a fight at all. Valero would have been systematically destroyed.

:thinkAre people kidding? They must be kidding.

If Pacquiao of SFW when he was ruthless could not ko JMM as well as him trying three times and failing then the much, much, much more limited Valero could not. If you like him fine but he fought no where near the competition of Pacq or JMM. Both would've ripped his head off.

RIP Valero but lets be realistic and not overrate him just because he's dead

Of all the fab four (Pac, Barrera, Morales & Juan) I think Juan is the best equipped to handle Valero but it would've been a tremendous fight.

numbers dont lie valeros power was imence, if fighters were not dropped they were quitting in the corner not wanting to know.
antillion aint no joke he nearly broke the guys neck in sparring ffs just because some one is dead does not mean they immediatley get overhyped, good fight very but i still think valero beasts him late rounds after probably losing most rounds to jmm the guy was vicious no doubt

assuming Valero's hard punch and Marquez' glass jaw it would end up as a KO1

I think the Only Way Valero wins is if Marquez corner throws in the towel after his arm exhaustion from countering Valero at will... Valero was nice folks but Marquez counters the **** out of him all night for a UD..

Marquez may get knocked down if he gets lazy but if he stays on his counter game no way Valero can land enough to take out Marquez...

Marquez would've annihilated Valero. Two different classes of fighter. One was pretty good. The other is one of the greats.
