I will believe it when I see it. This will be his true test to see if he really has the goods.

    Peterson UD........

I think Peterson is tough enough to endure Valero's power..... And has probably got more boxing skills and fundamentals than him too...

I don't rate Valero's boxing skills. I only rate his power.... and the eye catching record 26 wins all by KO....

This is a good fight if it does happen. I think Peterson has too much speed and size for Valero. He's going to have trouble overpowering guys as he keeps climbing in weight. I'd prefer to see Valero vs Anthony Peterson but this is still a good fight. Peterson by decision.

If Valero beats Peterson, it won't be as impressive as Bradley did it imo, even though Peterson is nothing special.

A nice primer battle test before bradley. Peterson is tough and slick...I don't see the towel gettin thrown in for him. A good learning experience for Valero.

Valero can't even go to the US. Will they fight in Mexico?

Boy, they're not worried about throwing Valero in with anybody. I think his KO streak finally comes to an end.

I'm surprised he's fighting Lamont and not Anthony. Both great fights though.

Good fight although it doesn't have the same zest as Valero-Bradley which had been previously mentioned as a possibility. Just another example of Arum keeping things in house.

I actually like this fight because its one more step up for valero, and will def give him more seasoning, and also give him a shared opponent of bradley. I think this is a good step up fight to get to get bradley.
