Valero fought with that huge gash over his eye like it was natural in the de-marco fight. He was definetely a nut. LOL but he sure could scrap!!

Khan and ortiz are good fighters at 140 right now. Valero didnt get a chance to get at these guys, it doesnt mean he wouldnt of beat them. He blew away de marco who happens to be a good fighter. Valero made the dude QUIT like pac made DLH quit! Valero had a fighting spirit and alot of talent, he reminded me of a young pac man!! :bbb

Valero .... great talent, but he did not face the elites of the world...so no one will know how great he couldve been or was...

i think Maidana wins this because Valero is dead and that means he wont be very active.

Yep it was Valero's cowardly suicide that cost him all of the great opportunity to fight the top guys. De Marco? Puh-leeeaze, he wouldn't last against Khan and Ortiz, he would be beaten just as bad or even worse..
