    Not exactly highly

    135 is a stacked division in terms of history and Valero simply never proved himself well enough to topple that list beyond knocking out B rate fighters

    At 130 he's decently higher but that's because 130 is less competitive historically. He's well below Arguello, Mayweather, Saddler, etc

    He'll remain as one of the boxing's urban myths. Hasn't done remotely enough to be considered being rated at that weight at all.
