    I don't rate him very highly. He was a guy who would have started losing as soon as he made a substantial step up in level. Remember Acelino Freitas? He was once 29-0 (29) and then he started fighting guys who were better than the canon fodder he'd previously feasted on. Valero was like that, but probably worse.
