    Based on Pac cant fight backing up.
    Based on Pac's performance his last 2 fights.
    Based on heart, detrmination and killer instinct of Valero.
    Based on Valeros power and speed --- better than Pac.
    Based on the fact that Pac has never fought a fighter like Valero who doesnt know how to lose.
    Base on the fact that Pac is and always was overated and never was that good.
