Nope completely disagree Goodall should’ve been given the chance to go out on his shield in the biggest fight of his career.

As some who hates an early stoppage and Tony weeks, I completely agree with this. Joe was getting battered around the ring, he had nothing in there.

Evidently I like Joe a hell of a lot more than you do.

Y'know on the note of Conceicao-Navarrete, what are the odds of an upset there? I really don't like Navarrete. Still a bit salty about the mouthpiece **** he pulled against Wilson, so I wanna see him lose. At the same time though, I wanna be realistic about it before I pick against him again. Much as I dislike him I do have to admit he carries a very unorthodox style and a heavy punch.

It's not the biggest risk you could take, Navarrete is very beatable, and Conceicao is big, tough and far more skilled. An upset wouldn't shock me in the least, and I've been leaning towards Conceicao since I heard the match announced.

Navarrette is going at 1.10. So the odds of Robson Conceicao winning would be around 5 to 6.5.

So they were talking about Ajagba fighting Zhang next, that would be good. Zhang has been looking very solid but him beating Ajagba wouldn't be a foregone conclusion in my opinion.

On the controversy scale it was only mildly controversial, even less so on the Tony Weeks corruption scale, but there's just no way Weeks should be allowed to referee anymore. The Rolly fight was one of the most blatant and egregious instances of corruption I've ever seen.

And Prince being involved with fighters just doesn't sit right with me. He's a notorious gangster for goodness sake.

Very glad to hear that. February was the first time I saw him fight and I've wanted to see him lose since he bought himself that extra time after his knockdown. Can't stand blatant cheating like that. Spit the ****ing gumshield out right in front of the ref and didn't even get a point deducted. Still think it would've been hilarious if the ref had waved it off with the justification that Navarrete was too messed up to even keep his mouth guard in

Anyways, it's a wee bit early, but screw it, I'll get a head start. WAR CONCEICAO :ggg

These HW contenders should learn from Ajagba. He’s made these recent improvements primarily because he’s remained active and fighting the appropriate level of opposition for himself.

    Just finished watching the fight.

Ejagba is raw but already a beast. That ridiculously long reach is going to trouble anyone and his repartee is improving. His upper cut was certainly put to good use against Goodall.

Had no problem with the stoppage. Goodall was only seconds from being on the wrong end of a highlight real knockout and Weeks did him a favour.

John Meekins v Mohammed Kawoya tops it. Ref inexplicably stops it with Kawoya not even hurt, and Kawoya KOs Meekins as ref is stepping it.

Oof, that sounds dreadful. That's the type of **** that can make someone with poor control throw a remote through their TV. I'm tempted to check it out but even knowing the result ahead of time I might fear for the safety of my screen
