Unfortunatly died very recently, but upon hearing that I watched some of his fights. He is a nice tidy boxer-puncher, I suppose. Everything was kept technically correct, and he had nice short crisp punches. Tell me abit about him and discuss him.
Up until recently his fights with Joe Medel (second fight) and Ruben Olivares were on you tube. He sparked Medel.
Excellent little fighter, was up near the top of one of the deeper era's for the Flyweights. HIs fight with Accavallo looks like it was an absolute classic if the highlights are anything to judge by.
Anyone have any information about his knockout win over Pascual Perez? Perez was nearing the end of his spectacular career by that time.
