you get more protein from eggs cooked than you do raw, for me drinking raw eggs is just about getting it in fast and not having to sit and eat loads of egg whites which actually make me feel sick.

not sure anyone will be arsed to read this..
    http://jn.nutrition.org/content/128/10/1716.full

They found that 90 per cent of the cooked egg was digested compared to just 51 per cent of the raw egg (The Journal of Nutrition, vol 128, p 1716). (bb.com)

I have 4egg whites and a whole egg in the morning and raw and I think it works out at about 20g protein.

When Arthur Jones first came up with his routines for bodybuilders, everyone said he's full of right ****ing shite. Now, it's considered the bedrock of weight training.

But bodybuilders and top athletes are taking things a step further, working on new shite, on themselves, and are way ahead of the medical and fitness establishment.

Why did Holyfield hire Lee Haney when he made his move to heavyweight. Lee new more about juicing and bulking than the majority of doctors out there. For strength and endurance, I'd hire Lance Armstrong any day over a regular fitness specialist. He's obviously experimented with cutting edge shite and is, or was, way ahead of the game. Drugs aside, their experimentation with various weight resistance regimens alone are probably worth the price of admission.

Which is why a book like the 4 Hour Body is so brilliant. Things like exercise frequency and timing of supplements and diets are experimented with and explained and you realise that current routines are way out of whack with super efficient gains.

Take a closer look at the book before passing summary judgement. I know you didn't even read a bit of it otherwise you wouldn't be saying what you said. :good

I read a few of the topics on the website, that's how I discovered the book is full of absolute bull****.

If any of these were true everybody would read this book. I personally have never heard of it.

You don't believe all this bull**** do you?

Was just about to come in with the stuff virus did. I've read a few chapters and any dumbass can see its horse ****. 38lbs of muscle in 28 days tells you everything you need to know about that book. It sells well as its aimed at dumb ass people that will believe anything. I read it at a mates that was 6 months ago and I'm yet to see even half I'd that muscle gain on him.

Top athletes and bodybuilders are using this ****. That's where he got a lot of his info from.

Look at pudgy Chavez Jr right now, then catch him at the weigh in. How does he do it? If you know how, then its quite easy. BTW, amateur wrestlers are so far ahead of the rapid weight reduction curve, its ridiculous.

If you want to keep up with 10 yr old data, now being published, be my guest. I'll be looking for more cutting edge stuff and try it out before passing judgement.

Please give names of these natural body builders, actually give names of body builders with the aid of steroids that have built 34lbs of muscle in 28 days.

Water weight and good diet. Wow, difficult.

I'll keep to reality and what's actually possible and not believe in stupid **** written by a clueless moron trying to make a buck off ignorant people like yourself. Lets put the horse**** you're believing into perspective. We'll use one of the topics from the book - "How Tim gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days, without steroids, and in four hours of total gym time."

This means "Tim" would have built 1.2lbs of muscle every single day.... already impossible, but lets continue. In a year this amounts to 438lbs of muscle. Are you really that ****ing stupid that you believe anything near this is possible?

The thing with bodybuilders is, they don't put steroids down when they list their supplements. Take a look at the workout and diet plans of bodybuilders on bb.com and not ONE of those guys will put steroids down, despite the fact its ****ing obvious.

People like you think you are ahead of the game because you read tripe like this, then you tell us we are 10 years behind these guys. Bodybuilders were around way before this book and still in great shape but it's through hard work and steroids, not four hours in the gym a month and a book.

Also where are the pictures of tim gaining this muscle because I can't find any, or even people he has tested it on. Surely he'd back it up with pictures right?

I can't believe somebody is trying to say the utter shite in that book is "cutting edge" and achievable. What a moron. Is Ylem back or something?

Its mental and just proves if you have the time and can be arsed to market it right, you can make a fortune of this kind of nonsense. I'm sure esb could put ab book together, spam all the internet forums about it and make money. People want to believe they can build 34lbs of muscle in 28 days, I know I did when I first started working out, this is exactly the kind of clueless shite I would have been tempted to buy.

The thing that is really really odd is that in his official video for the book it states he uses 1 HUMAN GUINEE PIG which is ridiculous considering all the claims he makes in the book. I also refuse to believe he spent ten years testing that bollocks. He has another book coming out soon which will also be a big hit.
