    Round 4

Tommasone is down off a hard straight right lead! Valdez stalks him after he rises and slashes at him with lead hooks. Tommasone is galloping away, leaving a breadcrumb trail of light defensive jabs, and keeping the right mostly holstered. Valdez jabbing his way in and then ripping power shots into the head. They primarily bounce off the side of the skull as Tommasone moves with them - but Valdez catches him with another hard body combo and Tommasone swipes a glove on the canvas and is given another count. Saved by the bell.

    10-7 Valdez

    39-35 Valdez

Tommasone in deep trouble still. The body shots are still affecting him.

    Round 5

Tommasone is outright fleeing now. Tommasone desperately pumping out quadruple jabs on the backfoot, grunting with them, hoping to blind Valdez with them. Valdez just stepping through, jabbing with confidence, and then dropping his left arm to SHRED into Tommasone with giant body hooks. Tommasone standing up to Valdez's power downstairs but is clearly on the verge of being doubled over, quavering in his steps now, and has a bloody mouth & nose from the Valdez jab up top. Weak leave-me-alone-you-big-meanie jabs from Tommasone as he runs.

    10-9 Valdez

    49-44 Valdez

Is it just me (And this is in no relation to Tomassone) but Italy as a country is kind of lackluster when it comes to producing boxing talent considering just how many great fighters there have been of Italian descent.

    Round 6

Tommasone unwisely stands in a swaps right hands with Valdez, and is caught with a pair of hard body shots. Tommasone circles away but Valdez cuts the ring off and times his next step perfectly, lining him up with a torpedo shot in the gut that sends him flying onto his ass. Tommasone up and jogging away, jabbing. Valdez stalking, bobbing & weaving in past Tommasone's jab. Valdez springs up off his rear heel with a jab in Tommasone's face and chops down with a right as Tommasone ducks and rolls off to his side. Double left hook smacking the liver by Valdez. Overhand right backing up by Tommasone. Valdez holds up a high guard and lets Tommasone clatter against it with jabs & rights. Tommasone bites down on his mouth piece and takes his best shots, but they are 100% blocked and Valdez seems unimpressed by the power in them, walking Tommasone down. Stiff jab by Valdez up top.

    10-8 Valdez

    59-52 Valdez

They had a lively domestic scene about 6-8 years ago but yeah, it has fizzled. When they produce somebody even decently Euro level, that's a diamond in the rough.

oscar looking better, starting to find his groove. he looks more in control when hes transitioning between punches and offense to defense.

Valdez pole-axes him immediately after the bell and Tommasone is sent ass over tea-kettle. Waved off right away.

    KO7!!!
