Alvarez has to sit back and move his head like he did the last fight and wait for the punch to come, don't take chances looking for a knockout. That could backfire.

Find me a girl that looks at me the way Max does at Ward.

Alright, there are now 32 minutes until López vs. Magdaleno ring walks even start (and if that goes the distance - 10 x 4" accounting for the rounds themselves and the minute break in between - then reading of the scorecards, then clearing the ring...we have another 50 minutes...so 12:50am EST before the main event gets underway!!)

Kovalev is very ordinary when he is not aggressive and he gets hit with the jab then, so he either has to be aggressive or wait for Alvarez to land.

I like Valdez, but Commey beat a more credible title challenger tonight, and in more succinct & scintillating fashion.

A win is a win but this one does very little for Valdez's carreer. He needs to put his foot on the pedal, he's already in his physical prime and in some ways still looks the same as he did 2-3 years ago.
