Bright is the future and the future is bright, Rigondeux looked both clinical and exciting in his event winner showing. A little more use of the lead hand and force openings like JMM, and he'll be the total package. Still, he may be the most natural of all pros today. A fighting machine.

I was really impressed, technically perfect and that straight left was vicious.

Made a fan of me, though thats not hard after the only live fight I've seen of his was against Cordoba. That was horrendous. My only worry is a fighter not as confident to throw his hands against Rigo would make him just go through the motions. That cat loves countering.

    Very natrual you're right.

He's so composed behind that lead shoulder, he then picks his spot with that beautiful left hand. Be it to the head, or to the body. His jab is crisp to when he doubles and tripples it up.

I'd like to see him hook more, and maybe stay a touch closer in the pocket. His first test will come when he fights someone who is capable of landing shots on him.

I just wished he had defected earlier in his life so we could have seen him have a more full professional career.

He is one of if not the best 'natural pure boxers' at the moment. I really like watching him and hope he fights every 3/4 months while he is still 'young' (aware he is over 30)
