I was a fan of Haugen and I think he's very underrated. Mainly because casuals (and a lot hardcores) only remember him for getting battered by Chavez. Haugen should be remembered for more than that, he was a very good fighter with solid wins on his resume.

Having said that all that: Rosario blasts Haugen inside of 5. Haugen didn't have the style needed to beat Rosario; in fact I think he was tailor made for Chapo.

Haugen is another borderline Hall of Famer...beat Camacho and was a two time champion...

If the HOF was held to the highest standards, i don't think Haugen would be deserving. He was an excellent fighter but not a great fighter.

But Haugen is certainly more deserving than Gatti, who made the Hall purely on popularity.

Haugen's also more deserving than a guy like Brian Mitchell, who had an underwhelming resume to say the least.

Haugen will never get in though.

A motivated Rosario would stop Haugen.

Haugen, by decision, probably a controversial one. Especially if held near Washington state.

Love Haugen,he embodies how hard work and craftiness beats talent by arguably beating Camacho and Vinny Paz twice, but man..I don't think he survives Rosario,if his style relies on that distance management while he cannot get his head offline and those hands up for most of the time...

Rosario any time he wants, unless he got rocked first.
