    Barerra can beat Valero, and Valero can beat Barerra. It depends on Barerra's game plan. If he stick to counter punching then yes Valero will go down. I'm sure that Barerra punch harder than Mosquera.

    But then again I don't think Barerra has the confidence to beat Valero regardless of his superior skills. That will play a big factor and Barerra will lose.
