About 4 months, ago after hitting the heavy bag the next day I got pain in my elbows in which I cant extend it. It never left since then. When I rest and do nothing for like a week or 2 the pain is gone but as soon as I do exercise it comes back for like another week. It's a sharp pain, Any idea what this could be? I also get pain in my kneecap area... Im only 20 years old. Hopin it aint some kind of bone disease

I think you might have "Lateral Epicondylitis" I had this injury from work a few months back.. It's also known as "tennis elbow" I had phyiscial therapy done on it for a few weeks and it feels better now.

i used to sometimes get that when i over-extended when shadow boxing or when a straight right fell short in sparring.

Yah, it's almost certainly tennis elbow.

It's pretty easy to keep under control. Do wrist curls with weights(10-20 lbs) on a regular basis, especially before you hit the heavy bag.
