Ive had it about 5 months now---wasnt doing anything crazy to get it...it just seemed to show up. I know the usual treatments for it and its improved but not fully. Any tips? Apart from the usual-ice, rest, Thanks.
stop boxing completely until it is healed 100%. i think everyone is different. i strongly suggest you start researching it big time until you find the cure.
You possibly could have another coach review your body movements to see if something is not right. Or you might be spending too much time weight lifting or over training yourself. Or you might just need to start conditioning the muscles around your elbow to compensate for the additional strain you are placing on that area during your workout. Whatever you decide to do, I recommend icing it twice a day for a couple months. I do not think its related to masturbating.
Im not boxing currently.. until this clears up Im not masturbating no, ive stopped boxing since this has come up Okay. Tbh i havent been doing anythingmuch with it since its started to bother me. Maybe it started from me doing certain weights wrong -i dunno
