There always seem to a trend occurring or merely co-incidence.

Jones shows some skillful elbows and then Weidmen and then Marquardt and theres probably a few others that I'm forgetting.

Can you remember any other mini trends? Silva and Machida front kicks?

They've always been here so i'm not sure if they're anything new mate? Although watching Nates clinical display was awesome. Great SF card last night. How come i can happily watch an entire SF card but can't do the same with the UFC?

The whole card wasn't that great, some decent fights but........ Anyway That 3 elbow, 2 punch combo Nate landed was a thing of beaty. I'm not sure I've ever seen a better combo in mma. Just superb.

That was a sick combo that Nate put Woodley out with.

Thats probably the best finisher combo iv ever seen in MMA. And i'm serious. I don't think iv seen a more clinical finish than that in MMA. Was a thing of beauty. Shame as thats probably the most exciting fight Woodleys ever been in...

It's because you have a hater/fanboy mindset. You're a with me or against me type of guy. Since you were a PRIDE fanboy and the Zuffa UFC won that war, you cannot overcome your natural instinct to hate. This poisons your attitude to even the good aspects of the UFC. But Strikeforce was never in competition with PRIDE so your need to hate is not triggered when you're watching it. :good

    Less clinical, but still badass.

NAte certainly has some Ninja-esque to him. AT 170 he could excel. He looks much less overmuscled and at a natural weight. Hopefully he diets well and trains hard to stay at the weight.

Instant classic finish though. Exactly the highlight-reel beatdown you want to get people interested in your next fight. :smoke
