Both the Pimp and Alvarez are Michel's fighters anyway, so him saying he never received any step-aside money means nothing. He can just change the % of his cut out of both the Pimp's and Alvarez's fights.

 

Yeah Smith Jr vs Gvozdyk would be a great fight, it's actually a dangerous fight for Gvozdyk, far more so than Alvarez would've been.

Well, Joe Smith Jr. (WBC#6) and Karo Murat (WBC#7) fought in July and don't have next fight scheduled yet.

Blake Caparello (WBC#8) is not available (has a fight scheduled already).
Jean Pascal (WBC#9) has retired.

Lucian Bute (WBC#10) is available and he actually can also be the one for Gvozdyk. Bute has already fought DeGale, Jack and Alvarez (lost to all of them) so he may not care if he loses once more...

Kaladzic indeed. But don't think he ever will because he was litterally hanging on for dear life in that bout and it's unlikely that he gets another referee that calls everything in his favor again. Can you imagine a referee calling a 3 to 4 point swing in your favor in a single round, and letting you grab and hold the whole fight?!

 

Browne looked a good prospect when he was knocking out trash then he fought a guy he was unbeaten with a draw and it was a close fight and Browne couldn't land anything powerful and at the end he won pretty much every round which was a joke and then the kaladzic fight he fought like he knew he would get the win anyway

 

Yeah I bet al has set up a deal where who ever wins out of jack and pimp will fight alvarez next and Gvozdyk will be made to wait about two years.
