Elie is good for the casual easy going side of boxing.

Go ahead and make 23,000 boxing videos instead of hating on a guy who lives and loves boxing

 

He likes to encourage fighters...his tune is always that of a reporter who is saying what he heard somewhere, it's cool...lots of his videos hype folks I would have never seen anywhere else...he goes to there gyms and gives us insight about them.

 

Fair enough, even with the low blows included Lomachenko landed more punches and hurt Salido. If the expectations weren't so high for Lomachenko then the Salido decision would be universally seen as a robbery. Salido couldn't do a thing other than land low blows, he got schooled in a way he never had before (Salido had his moments against Garcia and Gamboa and he was always in those fights). Lomachenko lost rounds by simply not throwing, it's not like Salido did anything.

 

elie seckback obviously knows boxing better than the armchair experts . he scored it as it should have been scored .

of course low blows shoudnt be counted . would you score a punch to the ankle or knee ?

elie knows boxing . no wonder hes given access to all of the big names . i think he would be the perfect replacement for larry merchant on hbo .

It was close and I'd advise Salido to stay the hell away from a rematch

 

Never listen to his opinion, just watch his vids for the interviews, and the fun interactions with boxers and trainers.

Most of Salido's punches landed on Lomachenko's legs, hips and balls..............take those illegal punches away and Lomachenko won the fight, not to mention all the hitting on the break and even with all the cheating, Salido was out of his feet in the 12th round..............

Salido p4p ball-hooker. Funny too cause the peasants cry foul when fighters not their own, hit low. But somehow it's "warrior" if Salido hits low 50x in ONE fight. It's "warrior" if their guy quits on his stool but "quitting" if a guy takes a knee after 11 brutal rounds of plaster fists and a broken nose.

You have to love flag politics.

 

He's actually right IMO. I had Loma winning 7-5.
