this fight's tonight on ESPN FNF, Alvarez's toughest challenge yet, a hard hitting, but shaky chinned fighter, hopefully Green has something left in the tank to provide a good fight, I became a fan of Alvarez after watching some of his fights, a decent, hard hitting boxer, and I'm a bit surprised he gets so little hype here :huh

Honestly don't think Green has anything left at this point. Still has a bit of pop but his chin is gone, was hurt bad by St.Juste (didn't appear to be a heavy blow either) in his last fight and barely survived the round. Don't know what the deal is with his weight issues, always did complain about making 168 but surely making 180 shouldn't be a problem.

Alvarez is a little stiff and probably doesn't let his hands go enough but hits hard enough, anything other then a stoppage victory for Alvarez will be surprising to me.

ffs Allan Green has now pulled out of the fight due to food poisoning.

There goes a great betting opportunity down the drain.

And to think this fight was suppose to originally happen june 8th.

    Wasted plenty of Alvarez's time.

Allen green withdraws and put on a stretcher and sent to the hospital. B-scene, with photos also.
