Rosado-Ortiz comes out gangbusters, pumping hard 1-2s into the chin and brassiere of Solange Vázquez until tied up. Solange Vázquez spraying some jabs while under fire, then clinches again and lands a rabbit punch. Rosado-Ortiz tripling and even quadrupling the jab stepping in, keeping it fixated directly on the nose of the Argentinian. Rosado-Ortiz gets here against the ropes and is scoring left hooks on the body, and then a huge neck-stretching right hand up top. Body combo from Solange Vázquez before the bell.

Krystal Rosado-Ortiz is a protégé of (and managed by) her boricua countrywoman Amanda Serrano.

Agustina "La Princesa" Solange Vázquez is fairly well-traveled for a veteran of just nine bouts from Argentina. She has fought a few times in Mexico and Uruguay and this is her fourth bout (third in a row) on U.S. soil.

 

2-0 KRO, but the second was closer.

This is being contested with the standard three minute rounds of men's boxing - something Amanda Serrano has been an outspoken advocate for.

 

10-9 KRO, dominant...nonstop engine pumping out straight combos to keep Solange Vázquez shelled up.

...damn, Princesa Solange Vázquez jumped up from strawweight in her last outing. No wonder she's being so easily overpowered physically. KRO looks to be a solid natural bantam.

 

KRO doesn't get the stoppage but should get the shutout. She won the 1st, 3rd and 4th in dominant fashion - and the second close but clear (this was Solange Vázquez's highest output round, meeting Rosado-Ortiz head-on with her own flurries but still getting hit more)

Soto and Davis fought a couple of months ago but only completed two rounds (of two minutes' duration, unlike tonight) before an incidental headbutt caused a No Contest.
