I'm not saying Vaca was a good fighter but he had extraordinary power for that weight class.

Vaca was never a fighter he should of lost to though. Nor Aaron Davis. Starling was a great fighter, but Breland was well ahead on the cards and got sparked big-time by a single left hook from a fighter not reknowned for his power.

David Reid is an EXCELLENT example...well done. What in the hell happened to him, he wasn't around for very long.

Trinidad detached his retina... But he had issues with that eye going into the fight. I met Reid and he unfortunately looks like hell, The Trinidad fight absolutely wrecked his life man..The 1.3 million dollar payday IMO sure wasn't worth his life health. These boxers are warriors

He had a problem with his eye I believe. Not sure whether it was before the Tito fight or that fight that caused it, but it can't of helped.

    EDIT: See pound's post above.

both, he had issues going into the fight with his eye lid that would droop down and effect his game. But Tito ****ed it over man :-(..Reid was IMO an amazing fighter with lots of potential. Reid vs Vargas/Wright/Forrest/Quartey is **** that we all missed out on just because they rushed him into an established ATG fighter with ATG punching power.

Yeah, the eye was originally damaged by Daniel Santos in the amateurs. The reason he was rushed along in his career is because doctor's predicted his vision in that eye would worsen relatively quickly and be too dangerous for him to continue Boxing.

Yeah good call. Probably the quickest hands I've seen on a fighter.
