    Barrera.

He could have been done after the Jr. Jones fights but reinvented himself and had one hell of run after that.

Holyfield and Hopkins are the clear choices IMO.

He's become probably the greatest of the Mexican trio with his longevity, success up in weight and, most importantly, his success against Pacquiao at such an advanced age. I had him winning the majority of his close/controversial fights, anyway, so they're not really a black eye for me.

I think he's overachieved, if anything.

Most of them are ranked pretty high as ATG's....i dont think any of them have really underachieved....we just want more of them.

Bernard Hopkins maximized his potential. One of the most driven and disciplined athletes of all time. Manny Pacquiao is another.

Roy Jones Jr didn't maximize his potential but he had the gifts and athletic ability to be the greatest boxer who ever lived. He ended up being like Kobe instead of like Jordan which isn't to say that being like Kobe is a bad thing.

Holyfield I agree maxed out his potential. He might still win another title even as old as he is if he fights anyone other than Wlad and Vitali.

it's funny cause two of my favorite fighters all time, Pac and Hopkins, and the ones that people say overachieved. I bet they would say the same about Armstrong. These fighters are just better than what everyone thinks.
