Can anyone tell me what is the present situation with Ellerbe and Garcia. I thought they had quit or were removed from Mayweather's camp and now they all look like a happy family. Also, did anyone notice that Floyd never thanked Uncle Roger?
I don't think not mentioning Roger was a big deal at all, he probably just forgot to after thanking so many people when he was up on the podium. He did mention his entire TMT staff, which I'm assuming includes Roger. As for Ellerbe, supposedly Floyd wasn't too thrilled with the lack of concessions he received going into his fight with maidana the 2nd time around. HIs family was supposedly spread around the audience rather than having seats next to each other, and he didn't like the fact that he was defending all his belts in both weight divisions somehow. It seemed like he blamed Leonard for those issues. The Garcia thing was kind of strange as Rafael was supposedly furious that someone else wrapped Floyd's hands for the second Maidana fight. He pretty much announced to Floyd that he was retiring from the sport after that weird confrontation occurred between them. Good to see him having those 2 guys back, they've been there for him from early on in his pro career.
